Returns & Exchanges

Return & Exchange Window

• Returns or exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
• For Cash-on-Delivery (COD) orders, exchanges are available (refunds to the source are not possible). Exchanges or store credits will be offered instead.

Condition of Items

• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags attached.
• Products showing signs of wear or damage may not be eligible for return.

Return Shipping

• We’ll cover return shipping for your first return.
• If the item is defective or incorrect, return shipping is on us.
• For size or preference exchanges, return shipping may be borne by the customer.

Refund Processing

• Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect it and issue your refund or dispatch the exchange within 5–7 business days.
• Refunds for prepaid orders are made to the original payment method.

Exemptions
